Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using https://pranik.ai (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the Website immediately.
1. Who We Are
Pranik Technologies Private Limited ("Pranik.ai," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") is a health technology company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office. We build agentic and AI-enabled healthcare solutions connecting patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare institutions.
The Website provides information about the Company, its mission, its products, and its people. It does not itself deliver healthcare services - those are provided through the Company's dedicated product platforms, each governed by its own separate agreement.
2. Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website only. They apply to all visitors, browsers, business enquirers, job applicants, and any other person who accesses the Website in any capacity.
If you use any of the Company's products - the consumer health application, the practitioner platform, or the institutional healthcare suite - those products are governed by their own separate agreements, not these Terms. Links to product-specific agreements are available on the Website and within each product.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a notice on the Website. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Access or use the Website in any way that violates applicable Indian law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its underlying systems, or its infrastructure.
Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code.
Use automated tools - bots, scrapers, or crawlers - to harvest data from the Website without the Company's prior written consent.
Use the Website for commercial solicitation, spam, or unsolicited marketing communications.
Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third party's rights.
Impersonate the Company, its employees, its products, or any other person or entity.
Take any action that could damage the Company's reputation, systems, or business relationships.
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website for any person who violates these Terms, without prior notice.
4. Website Content - For Information Only
Content published on this Website - including descriptions of the Company's mission, products, and team - is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or any binding offer or warranty regarding any product or service.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep Website content current and accurate but does not warrant its completeness or accuracy. The Company may change, update, or remove content at any time without notice.
5. AI-Enabled Services - General Notice
The Company's products incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to support healthcare delivery. The following apply across all Company products:
No AI feature in any Company product is currently classified, cleared, or approved as a medical device, Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), or regulated clinical decision support tool by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) under the Medical Devices Rules, 2017, or by any other Indian regulatory authority. The regulatory classification of AI-assisted clinical software in India is actively evolving. Product-specific AI disclaimers are set out in each product's dedicated agreement.
All clinical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions across Company products are made exclusively by licensed Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs). AI outputs are assistive tools that support - but never replace - independent clinical judgment.
No AI feature is a substitute for professional medical advice. Users of Company products should refer to those products' dedicated agreements for full AI-specific terms and disclaimers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website - text, design, graphics, product names, branding, logos, and underlying software - is the intellectual property of Pranik Technologies Private Limited or its licensors, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
